On Jul 16th , HOXU welcomed a client from the Mexico whom we have been in discussions with a order about road roller, we went to the train sation to pick up the client and take them to their hotel.
The next day, we took them on a tour of our company , meeting room, and presented a PPT showcasing our company’s strenghts. We also had in-depth discussions about the client’s local projects, which helped us understand each other better. After the meeting, we arranged the clients visited our production workshops, the client highly praised our product process ,technical level and inspect process, and expressed in-depth cooperation.

On May 6th, HOXU welcomed serveral clients from Kenya. We helped the clients with invitation letters, hotel reservations, and transportation arrangements. We also organized all the relevant documents from our previous discussions. We prepared our company introduction PPT and product brochures.
When the clients arrived, we arranged for a private car to pick them up from the airport and take them to our company. On the first morning, we had a meeting with the clients to understand their company and their machinery requirements. In the aftemoon, we visited famous landmarks in Jinan and treated the clients to a taste of the local cuisine.
On the second day, we arranged the clients visited our production workshops and inspecting the machines. Throughout their visit, our team was attentive and responsive to our client’s needs. We provided them with a comprehensive and enjoyable experience, ensuring they felt welcome and comfortable in our company. On May 16th, HOXU welcomed a client from Dibai. The purpose of this visit is to confirm the real strength of our company and to discuss the orders of loaders and dumpers.

Recently, we received an enthusiastic reply from a distant client, who expressed strong interest in our recommended excavator and the initative to ask for detailed prices. What is even more gratifying is that the client not only plans to attend the upcoming BMW exhibiton, but also expresses a strong willingness to inspect our machinery and visit our company on site.This undoubtedly builds an important platform for both of us to have a face-to-face in-depth communication.
In order to make sure that our client would be well received, we prepared well in advance and on Saturday evening, the 26th , I arrived at the airport on time to greet the guest of honor from afar with great anticipation. I received the client at the exit of the airport and conveyed the enthusiasm and sincerity of our team to him. Afterwards, I personally escorted the client to the hotel he had booked to ensure a comfortable night’s sleep for this first night on the road.
It is worth mentioning that the client has lived in Hong Kong for many years, and has a deep understanding of chinese culture and unique insights. Therefore, when it came to going out , the client said that he did not need to be accompanied by anyone, and that he wanted to explore the charm of the city on his own. We respected the client’s wishes and provided him with a detailed travel guide and transportation suggestions.
The secend day , I picked up the client and went to the company to visit our production workshop. During the excavator demonstration, the client showed great interest and satisfaction in our products and kept asking about the performance parameters, application scenarios and after-sales service. Our professional technicians answered the questions one by one for the client, and carried out the operation demonstation on the spot, so that the clients have a more intuitive understanding of the strength of the product.
In the following days, we attended the Bauma exhibition together with our clients. At the exhibiton site, we shared our feeling and discoveries with out clients.
